Are there any hidden nasties in mineral/certified organic makeup?

Everybody says how mineral makeup is so good for you over regular foundation, but I am not all that convinced. I’ve heard that many packages do say mineral, but are still mainly fillers. I do not want to damage my skin by buying regular foundation/makeup and have been considering mineral makeup, but a bit daunted over the prices… I want to know if they are worth it and if there are any catches to them.
I have also done some research on it, but the problem is most info I find is off cosmetic sites trying to sell their products so that info is probably not all that reliable.

What’s a good natural makeup brand?

NOTHING so far I have found is 100% safe, and in fact tons of websites contradict themselves (one website said mineral oil was terrible, but on the Cosmetics Database it has a yellow rating- like a 3 or something). Does anyone know a good Bare Mineral cosmetics brand not too expensive?

this earth diva cosmetics sight sells cruelty free brushes and I like that. I would like to know what other brands are out there so I can do some real comparison shopping. I am looking for all natural products. If you are useing a mineral makeup that you like that is all natural and not too expensive, I would like to know the brand so I can do some comparison shopping. Does bare minerals really work?

Do those work? are they the same size and individual bare minerals foundations and stuff or are they smaller? im very curious about this stuff.
